Cogs & Marvel was brought on by Adobe to spearhead the creative direction and production of an immersive digital experience for their 2023 Open Enrollment. We managed all aspects of designing an exciting and engaging web-based show that wove Adobe's existing benefits content into 25-30 minutes of entertaining programming viewed by employees globally.

Partnering closely with Adobe's internal benefits and workplace teams, our scope encompassed ideating and storyboarding a compelling narrative, scheduling lively segments to boost engagement, coordinating rehearsals and filming logistics, managing closed captioning/ASL services, and ultimately bringing this ambitious vision to life on screen. Throughout the project I handled budget oversight, vendor relationships, weekly client check-ins, onsite filming and post-production needs – delivering a polished, broadcast-quality experience that met key employee communication goals while capturing shareable moments for Adobe's social media channels. A key highlight was our conceptualization and creation of uniquely illustrated and animated commercials and employee stories that brought further dynamism and personalization to the experience.

The successful delivery of Adobe's 2023 Open Enrollment spectacle demonstrated our creative ingenuity combined with our expertise orchestrating high-profile video projects from concept to completion. Our knack for strategically blending information, education, and entertainment provides audience value that translates to measurable business impact for our partners.
