Adobe has one of the most generous employee benefit programs in the world – which means there’s a lot to cover in Open Enrollment! With so much crucial content to cover, Adobe brought us in to make it fun, entertaining, and creative — and still fully informative.
We concepted, scripted, designed, and produced The Adobe Open Enrollment Show, with celebrity host Ross Mathews (Chelsea Lately; The Tonight Show with Jay Leno; Celebrity Big Brother). Throughout the half hour, we follow a “know-nothing, know-it-all” Ross around Adobe campus as he confidently misunderstands Adobe’s benefits again and again. These comedic skits teed up informational segments from Adobe’s benefits teams, animated shorts of real employee stories, and bespoke stylized commercials for benefits.
The show culminated in a full-size Jeopardy set where Ross and his new Adobe friends recapped the information through the joy of trivia (and a little bit of cheeky hubris). With over 5600 viewers and record employee enrollment results, the Adobe Open Enrollment Show was a huge success.
