When Vanta, the leading compliance platform for startups, wanted to build on the momentum of their inaugural event, they tapped us to conceptualize and produce VantaCon 23 - a live and virtual summit designed to engage 900 registrants across the globe.

Knowing that compliance isn't always glamorous, we worked closely with the Vanta team to develop an energetic, human and welcoming virtual environment. Guided by Vanta's playful and approachable brand voice, we designed a visual system and digital experience focused on sparking curiosity, facilitating meaningful connections, and bringing vibrancy to complex subject matter.

The centerpiece was an insightful keynote discussion with Vanta's CEO Christina Cacioppo, filmed with cinematic quality against the vibrant backdrop of San Francisco. Four additional breakout sessions aligned to attendee personas like product managers and engineers. Speakers from partners like Stripe and Segment underscored Vanta's commitment to an integrated compliance experience.

VantaCon 23 brought Vanta's global community together through shared challenges, learnings and visions for the future. The event exceeded expectations with attendees from startups worldwide, generating net promoter scores 30 points higher than the SaaS average. It was a privilege to play a part in Vanta's mission to make compliance accessible for the innovators who need it most.
