Oracle NetSuite's annual SuiteWorld conference is a celebration of its community and customers, offering invaluable education and networking opportunities. For 2023, we were tasked with transforming Oracle's "Big Moments" into an immersive experience that would leave a lasting impression on attendees. Our solution? Suite Street – Oracle's very own vibrant downtown district, where every business and milestone could be experienced firsthand.

First on the tour was Suite Dreams, a virtual reality wonderland that transported visitors into captivating dreamscapes. Each VR headset offered a unique, meticulously crafted daydream, complete with soothing imagery and Sound therapeutic audio. Attendees were encouraged to explore multiple reveries, ensuring they didn't miss a single whimsical escape.

Just around the corner stood Suite Beats, a record shop adorned from floor to ceiling with custom-designed album covers featuring clever, suite-inspired puns. Visitors could peruse the racks, snagging posters of their favorite album art. But the true showstopper was the interactive wall that housed what might have been the world's largest functional turntable!

For our Suite Supports activation, we developed a bespoke experience highlighting NetSuite's 14 nonprofit food bank partners. Through creative storytelling, we brought to life each organization's mission, history, community partnerships, campaigns, and statistics. Attendees could even participate in an interactive ATM video game, virtually traversing Suite Street to deliver canned goods to various locations.
